Tiziana Terenzi

Tiziana Terenzi is a family-owned Italian house whose story begins not with perfume but with wax. The business was established as Cereria Terenzi in 1968 in Cattolica, in a sixteen-square-meter space, by Evelino Terenzi, who was continuing a family tradition that ran back to his father Guglielmo and the making of devotional and Paschal candles for churches. The perfume line arrived later, in 2008, and today the brand is run by Evelino's children: Tiziana Terenzi as designer and Paolo Terenzi as the in-house nose and company president.

The fragrances are lush and radiant, built on woods and amber with a generous sweetness and aromatic lift. Bergamot, lemon, and Calabrian bergamot give the openings their sparkling citrus brightness, while saffron threads warmth and spice through the heart. Kirke is the cult favorite, a sweet and fruity powerhouse, with Orion offering a creamy woody alternative. Draconis and Spirito Fiorentino show the house's darker, more resinous range. Tiziana Terenzi carries the glow of its candlemaking origins into every bottle.
