Accendis

Accendis is an Italian house whose very name carries its idea: in Latin the word suggests both "you illuminate" and "you bring out aromas." The collection is conceived as a journey toward light, drawing on stimuli from many distant and distinct cultures and taking visual cues from Pop Art and Neo Pop Art, with the notion that everything around us holds more than what first meets the eye. Resins and woods recur throughout as symbols of life force, giving the line a clear and consistent character.

The Accendis signature is warm and radiant, woods and amber lifted by citrus and finished with a soft powdery glow. Bergamot, Amalfi lemon, and lemon brighten the opening, while Peru balsam lends a resinous, almost golden depth. The range is built as a path through different intensities, so start with Aclus for its sense of completeness, 0.2 for the line at its most intense, or Lucepura and Lucevera for its luminous, more luminescent moods. It is light made tangible, one bottle at a time.
