Authenticity & the shop

Yes. Every bottle is brand new in box, factory sealed, and sourced through trusted channels. We never sell decants or refills, and every listing is checked by hand before it goes live.

We buy from sources we have vetted, keep the bottle sealed in its retail box, and stand behind it with our authenticity guarantee. If anything ever feels off, send us a photo and we will make it right, no questions.

A small, curated niche perfume shop run by people who actually wear this stuff. We carry full bottles from more than 150 houses, sealed and authentic, and we answer our own inbox. No call center, no scripts.

Testers & condition

Our default is the sealed retail box. When a tester is offered, it is clearly labeled as a tester with its condition described, priced accordingly, and never mixed in with new stock.

A tester holds the same juice as the retail bottle, but it is made for in-store trial, so it may come in plain packaging and sometimes without a cap. It is a way to get the same fragrance for less. If presentation matters, for a gift say, choose the sealed retail bottle instead.

Shipping & tracking

US shipping is free on every order, no minimum. Orders ship within 2-3 business days and typically arrive 5-8 business days after that. You will get tracking by email the moment it ships.

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit Track My Order. If the tracking has not updated in a couple of days, write to us and we will chase it down.

To a growing set of countries. Enter your address at checkout. If your destination is supported, shipping options and costs will appear. Customs duties, where they apply, are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & problems

You have 30 days from delivery. Unopened bottles in their original packaging return smoothly; opened bottles may carry a 15% restocking fee.

That is on us. Send a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Performance shifts with skin, weather, and how a fresh bottle has settled. A new bottle often opens up after a couple of weeks resting in a cool, dark spot. If something still seems wrong, tell us and we will help.

Payment & orders

All major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Checkout is handled securely through Shopify, so we never see your card details.

If it has not shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as you can with your order number and we will update or cancel it. Once it is on a truck we can no longer change it, but a return is always an option.
