Bond No. 9 is an American house that turns New York City into perfume. Founded in 2003 by industry veteran Laurice Rahme, the brand takes its name from its headquarters and boutique at 9 Bond Street in NoHo. Paris-born and trained in art history, with a background running an antique store, Rahme built a line that immortalizes the city's landmarks and neighborhoods, pairing colorful, collectible packaging with scents tied to specific places on the map.

The signature tends bright and inviting, leaning on fruit and citrus with a touch of sweetness and luminous white florals. Bergamot and tangerine open things up, while peach and pineapple add a juicy, sunlit lift. The Scent of Peace for Him is the crisp, grapefruit-fresh favorite, Nolita and Liberty Island carry that fruity-floral brightness, and Dubai Indigo shows a richer side of the catalog. Each bottle is a small postcard from a particular corner of New York.
